Job Description
We are seeking an exceptional Wealth Advisor (WA) to join our team. We need an outstanding individual with a talent for time management, meticulous attention to detail and a positive, self-starter attitude. This person will support a Senior Wealth Advisor on existing client relationships and lead new client relationships, providing exceptional client experience.
We are a dynamic, growing wealth management team based in the Bay Area, offering comprehensive wealth management services to individuals and families. Our collaborative team is 100% remote with in-person team retreat time that is productive, meaningful and fun!
Responsibilities
- Partner with a Senior Wealth Advisor (SWA) on 45-60 client relationships to provide top-notch client experience.
- Lead new client relationships independently as opportunities arise.
- Be a trusted advisor to clients. Help advise, coach and support them on a wide variety of planning areas.
- Develop various scenarios or paths to success and discuss the pros/cons/risks with clients.
- Facilitate conversations among spouses, family members, and outside professionals.
- Have a working knowledge of all your clients and accurately manage client data across all systems
- Ensure all client tasks, requests and communications are taken care of proactively and on a timely basis.
- Prepare for client meetings and provide detailed follow-up directly to client.
- Gather client information to create or update planning projections.
- Assist clients with implementation of recommendations, working with CPAs, attorneys and other professionals.
- Perform, document and communicate various analyses (education funding, stock options, insurance needs, etc.).
- Partner with Client Service Team with client onboarding, custodian paperwork and money movement requests.
- Be back-up to Client Service Team on all custodian requests, as needed.
- Help develop tools and templates to assist with the efficient delivery of our service offering.

- 100% remote work (West Coast hours, Pacific Time Zone)
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of financial services experience.
- Experience managing client relationships in a fiduciary fee-only environment preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree & CFP® designation required.
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong ability to prioritize and multi-task.
- Personable, responsive and engaging with a client first attitude.
- Mature, self-starting professional willing to take ownership of assigned responsibilities.
- Ability to work independently and take direction from multiple parties.
- Strong computer skills including advanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Salesforce, Schwab, Fidelity, Tamarac and RightCapital experience desired but not required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
